Shipping policy

Shipping is available with standard U.S. delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment and international delivery in 5–20 business days, depending on location.

• Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days after order is placed.

• U.S. delivery: 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

• International delivery: 5–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination

• Orders are shipped from the nearest fulfillment facility to the customer’s address.

International shipping notes

• Some countries are restricted (e.g., Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea)

• Customers are responsible for customs fees, which vary by destination and order value.

• Including a phone number in the order helps reduce lost shipments internationally.

Order splitting

We may split orders into multiple shipments if:

• Products are individually packaged (e.g., hats, backpacks, mugs, pillows).

• Products are fulfilled from different locations

Tracking and customer communication

You will receive a tracking link via email once the order ships. If there are issues (wrong/damaged product), please contact us with photos and order details.
